Relaxation – Body Scan Meditation

One way that we can practice mindfulness is through a technique called the “Body Scan.” The goal of this technique is to help us connect with our body’s sensations in a mindful and nonjudgmental manner. It involves us focusing on different parts of our body without judgment. In this video, I guide you through the Body Scan meditation.
