I understand that therapy is both a financial and emotional investment.

When you are making the decision and commitment to begin therapy, it is SO important to find a therapist that is the best fit for you and your needs. You have to feel comfortable with your therapist. I offer a free 30-minute phone or video consultation to assess what you need from therapy and if I am the right therapist for you. If I’m not the best therapist for your needs, I will help you find one that is.

Fees and Payment

Initial Intake Appointment (75 – 90 minutes): $300

Standard 50-minute Individual session: $200

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, and major credit or debit cards. Reduced fee rates are available on a limited basis.

Intake Assessment

Our first session will be a thorough 75-90 minute assessment. It will involve me asking a lot of questions in order to get to know you and what is going on for you. This will give me the opportunity to provide recommendations for treatment and the services you may need. This is also another opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if you want to proceed with individual therapy sessions.

Individual Therapy

After your initial session, we will make a plan to discuss how often you will be attending individual therapy sessions. Standard individual therapy sessions are 50-minutes and I provide psychotherapy to those living anywhere in Florida. Insurance Panels

I currently do not accept insurance. An itemized invoice can be provided should you wish to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company. If you are interested in doing this, I recommend contacting your insurance company and asking about “out-of-network mental health benefits.” Please note that not all insurance companies provide coverage for online therapy sessions.

Cancellation Policy

You will be required to pay the full cost of any sessions that are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
