Mindful Breathing is a mindfulness technique that helps us practice being aware of and “anchoring” ourself in the present moment by focusing on our breath. Mindfulness is the ability to focus on the present moment without worrying about the future or ruminating on the past. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression as well as improve well-being and happiness. In these two videos, I guide you through two versions of a Mindful Breathing meditation.
