About Dr. Levy
You want someone to understand what you are feeling, call you out and challenge you when you need it, and help you move forward to live a satisfying life where you are able to balance your professional work and relationships.
I help individuals who struggle with balancing their high achieving professional life with a meaningful personal life. Let me tell you a little bit about what it’s like in the therapy room with me.
When we are in therapy together, one of the things we will talk about is not only what is happening to you outside of the therapy room, but the stuff that is coming up between us in therapy as well. We do that because we can have patterns that tend to repeat in so many different situations. You may have a tendency to want to please others or you may want to always be perceived as perfect. We will work together so that you not only understand your patterns, but so that you also can break them.
Learning our patterns and where they come from helps us to change the way that we are living now.
I hear from too many people that they are constantly shut down and told that the way they are feeling is wrong. That is simply not true. So, I provide the emotional space to let you tell your story and everything you feel along with it. It’s so important to feel comfortable in order to open up about your deepest fears and dreams. I work hard with my clients to get to the root of what is going on.
You are READY to have a successful professional life without sacrificing your personal relationships. It’s time to do the work.
