Grounding Ourselves With Our Senses

Sometimes when we are feeling really overwhelmed we get caught up in what is happening around us and we forget to check in with ourselves. This could lead to increased feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, headaches, muscle tension, etc. One way to help ground ourselves and bring us back into the present moment is through a brief mindfulness technique. In this video, I teach you how to practice a mindfulness technique that is quick, easy, and can be done at your convenience.
